Hier noch ein paar wichtige organisatorische Hinweise:

Anfahrt

Bitte beachtet die bereits beschriebene Anreise und nutzt AUSSCHLIESSLICH die Zufahrt von Dornach kommend – siehe Wegpunkte im Listing. Sonst entsteht Stau auf der Bundesstraße – Unfallgefahr!

Falls ihr auf der Bundesstraße aus nördlicher Richtung (Aschheim) kommt, biegt bitte NICHT direkt rechts oder gar links in die Zufahrtstraße ab, sondern fahrt bis Dornach und wendet dort sicher über den Kreisverkehr.

Auf dem Gelände

Für den Eventbeginn öffnen die Tore um 14 Uhr.
Wer auf das Gelände kommen möchte, egal ob mit dem Auto, zu Fuß, per Rad oder mit dem Heißluftballon, braucht ein Kinoticket. Dafür bekommt man am Einlass ein Einlassbändchen und einen Verzehrgutschein im Wert von 3€, den man an der Snackbar einlösen kann. Die Einlassbändchen ermöglichen auch den Wiedereintritt auf das Gelände, wenn man draußen unterwegs war. Wohnmobile dürfen überholen und zur Ausfahrt reinfahren.

Die Parkplätze werden von uns eingewiesen, bitte folgt den Einweisern, um den Platz bestmöglich auszunutzen und lasst keine Lücken.
An den meisten Stellplätzen gibt eine Steckdose für die gegen einen Ausweis / Führerschein kostenfrei ausleihbaren Heizlüfter und Radios. Der Verleih ist neben den Schaltern in der Snackbar, wo auch Abdeckungen für Autos ausleihen kann, bei denen das Tagfahr-Licht nicht mehr abschaltbar ist.

Sobald die Vorführung beginnt, schaltet euer Radio für Leinwand 1 auf UKW 98,9 MHz und 99,8 MHz für die Leinwand 2.
Achtung! Zwischen Vorfilm und Hauptfilm sowie danach, findet eine Verlosung statt, die nur über 98,9MHz übertragen wird.
Falls ihr auf Kino 2 parkt, schalte zu den Filmen eure Radios jeweils auf 99,8 MHz, damit der Ton synchron zu hören ist.

Caches

Wir haben Lab Adventures und neue Cache-Runden für euch vorbereitet. Parkt euer Auto ausschließlich auf dem Kino-Gelände und spaziert von dort los.

Achtung: Das Parken an der Zufahrtsstraße ist verboten, die Polizei kontrolliert. Auch weiträumig um das Kino-Gelände gibt es keine Parkplätze und alle kleineren Straßen sind für öffentlichen Verkehr gesperrt.

Bingo

Spielen und tolle Preise gewinnen! Bei unserem Bingo müsst ihr während des Events andere Cacher finden, welche die Bedingungen erfüllen – das sollte kein Problem sein 😉. Die Bingo-Scheine bekommt ihr gegen eine Spende von 1€, welche den “Kleinen Helden” zu Gute kommt. Gebt die Spielscheine bis 17:30h beim Shop-Stand ab, um an der Verlosung teilzunehmen.

Kino

Um 17:30h sitzen alle Besucher in ihren gemütlichen Cache-Mobilen, haben schon mal den Link zum Voting der besten Filme per https://t.ly/tROKC geöffnet und freuen sich auf “Snow white and the cache dwarfs” im Vorfilm und dann natürlich auf die Finalisten in der GIFF-Filmrolle ab 18 Uhr.
Jeder der am Voting bis zum Ende des GIFF-Filmes teilgenommen hat, kann weitere Gewinne absahnen.

Ende des Events

Doch dann müssen wir uns leider schon verabschieden, um den Platz spätestens ab 19:45h zu räumen. Alle Autos müssen das Gelände bis 20:15 Uhr verlassen haben. Denn um 20:45 Uhr startet bereits die nächste Vorführung im Autokino.

Wer für den Film "The Marvels" oder auch noch für den Spätfilm „Halloween Park“ auf dem Gelände bleiben möchte, muss pro Film ein Kino-Ticket für 7,20€ erwerben (9€ regulär minus 20%).

Übernachtung

Leider gibt es eine organisatorische Änderung für die Cacher, die mit ihren Wohnmobil übernachten möchten. Sie müssen nun pauschal für beide Abend-Filme bezahlen, d.h. 2x 7,20€ pro Person. Das wurde uns leider erst kurzfristig mitgeteilt, weswegen wir euch empfehlen würden mal im Umkreis von Aschheim via Park4Night nach möglichen Stellplätzen zu suchen. Bitte entschuldigt diese Unanehmlichkeit.

Shop

Wenn ihr Ware aus unserem Shop bestellt habt, könnt ihr diese vor Ort abholen. Bitte haltet dafür die Nummer des Abholscheins am Handy oder als Ausdruck bereit. Vor Ort haben wir keine Ware mehr zu verkaufen. T-Shirt, Tassen und Coin-Mappen können noch bis 26.11.2023 über den Shop bestellt werden.

Die Coins sind leider ausverkauft. Allerdings habt ihr die Option, Coins nachzubestellen. Bei Interesse tragt euch bitte in dieses Formular ein. Wenn wir Anfragen für mindestens 20 Stück – egal welcher Farbe –haben, informieren wir euch über die finale Bestell-Möglichkeit per E-Mail.

Here are a few important organisational notes:

Directions

Please follow the directions already described and ONLY use the access road coming from Dornach - see waypoints in the listing. Otherwise there will be a traffic jam on the main road - risk of accident! 
If you are coming from the north (Aschheim) on the main road, do NOT turn directly right or even left into the access road, but drive to Dornach and turn safely at the roundabout.

On the site

The gates open for the event at 2 pm.
If you want to come to the site, whether by car, on foot, by bike or in a hot air balloon, you need a cinema ticket. In return, you will receive an admission wristband and a food voucher worth €3 at the entrance, which you can redeem at the snack bar. The admission wristbands also allow you to re-enter the site if you have been travelling outside. Motorhomes may overtake and drive in to the exit.

We will direct you to the car parks, so please follow the signposts to make the best use of the space and leave no gaps.
At most of the pitches there is a power socket for the fan heaters and radios that can be borrowed free of charge against an ID card/driving licence. The hire point is next to the counters in the snack bar, where you can also hire covers for cars where the daytime running lights can no longer be switched off.

As soon as the screening starts, switch your radio to VHF 98.9 MHz for screen 1 and 99.8 MHz for screen 2.
Attention! There will be a raffle between the supporting film and the main film and afterwards, which will only be broadcast on 98.9 MHz.
If you are parked in cinema 2, switch your radios to 99.8 MHz during the films so that the sound can be heard synchronously.

Caches

We have prepared lab adventures and new cache rounds for you. Park your car exclusively on the cinema grounds and walk off from there.
Attention: Parking on the access road is prohibited, the police will check. There are also no parking spaces in the area around the cinema site and all smaller roads are closed to public traffic.

Bingo

Play and win great prizes! At our bingo you have to find other cachers during the event who fulfil the conditions - that shouldn't be a problem 😉. You can get the bingo tickets for a donation of €1, which will be donated to the "Kleinen Helden". Hand in the tickets at the shop stand by 5:30pm to take part in the prize draw.

Cinema

At 17:30, all visitors sit in their cosy cache mobiles, have already opened the link to vote for the best films via https://t.ly/tROKC and are looking forward to "Snow white and the cache dwarfs" in the supporting film and then of course to the finalists in the GIFF film reel from 18:00.
Anyone who has taken part in the voting by the end of the GIFF film can win further prizes.

End of the event

But then, unfortunately, we have to say goodbye and clear the site by 7.45pm at the latest. All cars must have left the site by 8:15pm because the next screening in the drive-in cinema starts at 8:45pm. If you want to stay on the site for the film "The Marvels" or for the late film "Halloween Park", you must purchase a cinema ticket for €7.20 per film (€9 regular minus 20%).

Overnight stay

Unfortunately there is an organisational change for cachers who want to stay overnight with their camper van. They now have to pay a flat rate for both evening films, i.e. 2x 7,20€ per person.

Shop

If you have ordered goods from our shop, you can pick them up on site. Please have the number of the pick-up slip ready on your mobile phone or as a printout. We no longer have any goods for sale on site. T-shirts, mugs and coin folders can still be ordered via the shop until 26.11.2023.

The coins are unfortunately sold out. However, you have the option to reorder coins. If you are interested, please fill in this form. If we have requests for at least 20 pieces - regardless of colour - we will inform you about the final order option by e-mail.
